We are seeking a skilled and proactive Desktop Engineer with experience in end-user support, desktop administration, hardware troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining desktop environments, managing IT assets, and ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization. The candidate should possess robust troubleshooting skills and experience supporting Windows environments, Active Directory, networking, and peripheral devices

nd User Support
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues.
Support users through onsite and remote troubleshooting.




Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.

Desktop Administration
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10, 11).
Perform system upgrades, patch management, and antivirus updates.
Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other endpoint devices.
Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance activities.

Active Directory & User Management
Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory.
Manage user permissions, group memberships, and password policies.
Support host configuration and access control requirements.
Assist in maintaining Windows Server settings.
