Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cash Application Specialist to join our OTC Team.
This role would be responsible for daily tracking customer payments in bank, accurately applying the payments, researching payments, researching discrepancies, reconciling bank statement and customer accounts, and supporting the accounts receivable process.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
•Accurately post and apply customer payments received through ACH, wire transfers, checks, credit cards, and lockbox services.
•Research for invoice details from payments, through Accounts Receivable statement, Customer accounts, interaction with Collections & Sales.
