About the Role

Turium AI is building AI-powered products and enterprise technology designed to change how businesses interact with technology.

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and drive customer acquisition, product growth and measurable marketing outcomes across our digital channels.

This is a performance-first role. You will take ownership of paid acquisition across Meta and Google, manage budgets, optimise conversion performance and use data to continuously improve campaign efficiency.

You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Design and leadership to support the growth of Turium AI products across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Own and execute performance marketing strategy across Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive qualified leads, product sign-ups and customer acquisition.
Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across multiple products, audiences and markets.
Build a solid understanding of the customer journey from awareness and discovery through to conversion.




Manage campaign budgets and continuously optimise spend based on performance, CAC, conversion rates and return on advertising spend.
Use attribution and analytics platforms to understand campaign effectiveness and improve media efficiency.
Maintain robust, hands-on expertise across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and relevant digital advertising platforms.
Improve campaign performance through audience targeting, keyword optimisation, ad relevance, landing page quality and conversion optimisation.
Own key performance metrics including CAC, CPL, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.
Develop and run structured A/B tests across creatives, messaging, audiences, landing pages and campaign structures.
Work closely with Design and Content teams to develop high-performing campaign creative.
Monitor campaign and funnel performance, identify trends and translate insights into transparent recommendations and next steps.
