We are looking for an Associate - Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Projects, Books, Creator) to help design, implement, and support Zoho-based solutions for our clients/internal teams. The ideal candidate combines solid technical skills with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho configurations and customizations.

Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Projects, Books, Creator) based on client/business requirements.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Build custom modules, workflows, blueprints, functions (Deluge scripting), and automation within Zoho CRM and Creator.
Set up and manage integrations between Zoho apps and third-party systems (via Zoho Flow, APIs, or webhooks).
Configure Zoho Books for accounting workflows including invoicing, billing, and financial reporting as needed.
Manage Zoho Projects setup including task management, timesheets, and project workflows.




Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data validation across Zoho applications.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of configured solutions before deployment.
Prepare documentation including solution design documents, user manuals, and training materials.
Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, project managers, developers) to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Stay updated with current Zoho features, updates, and best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, and Zoho Creator.
Working knowledge of Deluge scripting for custom functions and automation.
Understanding of Zoho Flow, APIs, and third-party integrations.
