We are looking for a Data Processing Executive who will help with data annotation and correction of US Mortgage documents to support our growing clientele. This role will be responsible for classifying data and becoming a subject matter expert on US mortgage documentation.

About the Role

As a member of the Data Processing team, the Data Processing Executive will work on US mortgage document handling end-to-end — from annotating and correcting data, to verifying accuracy, classifying documents, and maintaining quality standards across large volumes of mortgage files. This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who enjoys detail-oriented work and wants to build deep, real-world expertise in US mortgage documentation and processes.

What you will do?
Data Annotation & Correction:



Accurately annotate and correct US mortgage documents to support downstream data processing and model accuracy.
Data Quality Assurance: Verify and ensure the quality and accuracy of data extracted and processed from mortgage documents.
Document Classification: Classify mortgage documents by type and become a subject matter expert in US mortgage documentation.
Data Processing: Process customer information, transactions, and updates related to US mortgage documents, and input collected data into company systems accurately and efficiently.
Data Verification: Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Reporting: Generate reports as required by the department, in accordance with outlined standards and timelines.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and communicate updates or issues clearly to team members and stakeholders.
