supports the delivery of locally compliant financial reporting obligations for Johnson & Johnson affiliates across jurisdictions.
The Senior Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of professionals supporting statutory audits, tax audits, tax compliance data provision, statistical reporting, and regulatory reporting across EMEA region. The role ensures accurate and timely delivery of external reporting obligations while partnering with Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. The position also plays a role in transitions, capability expansion, process transformation, and improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and self-directed leader who can navigate ambiguity, solve sophisticated business challenges, build trusted stakeholder relationships, and drive excellence while leading teams through growth and change.
