The Senior Manager, Procurement & Supply Chain Operations - India serves as the senior leader responsible for the strategic leadership, operational oversight, and capability development of KBR's Procurement and Supply Chain organization in India. This position leads a sizable team of procurement, subcontracts, and supply chain professionals, providing direction, coaching, resource management, and career development to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence.
The role is accountable for workforce planning, organizational capability growth, stakeholder engagement, client relationship management,
and the successful delivery of procurement and supply chain support across multiple business lines and projects. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders, project teams, and key external clients to drive performance, build organizational capability, and ensure the procurement function remains a trusted business partner.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and optimize a sizable team of procurement, subcontracts, materials management, and supply chain specialists, ensuring effective resource utilization and organizational performance.
Provide strategic direction, oversight, coaching, and mentoring to procurement, subcontracts, materials management, and supply chain personnel.
Develop workforce strategies, succession plans, and organizational structures that support business growth and operational requirements.
