As we continue to scale, we are looking for an FP&A; qualified who can go beyond numbers and help the business understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what we should do next.

About the Role

As part of the FP&A; team, you will work closely with business and finance stakeholders to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and business decision-making.

You will own key financial analyses, build meaningful business dashboards/models, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers but is equally comfortable understanding the business behind the numbers.

Key Responsibilities





Financial Planning & Forecasting

· Support the annual budgeting and financial planning process.

· Prepare monthly/quarterly forecasts and track performance against budgets.

· Develop financial models to support business plans, growth initiatives, and strategic decisions.

· Identify key business drivers and assess their impact on revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.

Business Performance Analysis

· Prepare and present monthly business performance reports for leadership.

· Analyse actuals vs. budget vs. forecast and identify key variances.

· Deep dive into revenue, gross margins, contribution margins, operating expenses, and other business KPIs.

· Translate financial data into explicit business insights and actionable recommendations.

· Identify trends, risks, prospects, and areas requiring management attention.

Business Partnering

· Work closely with Business, Marketing, Category,
