Majesco is seeking a Lead Engineer, Testing for the Life and Annuity & Health Production Support Line. As a Production Support Tester, you will play a crucial role in identifying, documenting, and helping to resolve issues within our products. You will work closely with our Support and customer teams to ensure that product defects are addressed, and customer feedback is integrated into future product improvements.

Responsibilities




Ensure highest quality of the software through best practices in testing the software that can provide delightful customer experience.
Analyzes recent tickets to develop test plans, scenarios, test conditions, test cases, test data and expected results.
Assist customer support teams in understanding and resolving production issues reported by users. Provide guidance and support to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to prioritize, escalate, and resolve production issues. Ensure timely and effective resolution to minimize customer impact.
Work in collaboration with Developers, SAs, BAs and customer stakeholders to ensure functional coverage and resolve issues.
Conduct thorough testing of hotfixes, patches, and updates before they are deployed to production. Verify that issues are resolved and that no recent issues are introduced.
