Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their skilled growth.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and address any challenges to maintain timely delivery.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks and front-end technologies related to SAP UI5.
Solid understanding of user interface design principles and responsive design techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration of SAP UI5 applications with backend services and APIs.
Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
