In this role, you'll manage back-end infrastructure support and provide advanced second-level support for service requests — covering everything from workstations, servers, and printers to networks and vendor-specific hardware/software. You'll also lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the service desk team, ensuring timely, skilled resolution of technical issues.
Success in this role means confidently engaging with end users while resolving complex, infrastructure-level problems.
What You Bring
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
4–5+ years of IT experience supporting US, EMEA, or AUS clients
Prior experience working with teams in English-speaking countries
Excellent customer service and communication skills
️ Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration & management
Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration & management
Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 diagnostics and troubleshooting
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server roles (AD, FSMO, DHCP, DNS, RDS)
Strong application support and troubleshooting skills
Good working knowledge of Azure
Understanding of Windows networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, ISPs)
Familiarity with backup solutions
Working knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V
Experience with Root Cause Analysis and Incident Trending
