nMonvue is a cosmetic contact lens brand building a recent category of coloured lenses in India — making contact lenses feel as effortless and mainstream as makeup.
nWe're looking for a Brand & Creative Designer who can help shape how Monvue looks, feels and communicates across every touchpoint.
nThe Role
nThis is not a role for someone who simply executes design briefs.
nWe're looking for someone with exceptional visual taste, strong creative thinking and an obsession with details — someone who can take an idea and turn it into something beautiful, relevant and distinctly Monvue.
nYou'll work closely with the Marketing Head to develop creatives and visual concepts across social media, advertising, campaigns, website, packaging and the broader brand.
nWhat You'll Do

Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, Reels covers and other social contentn
Develop creative concepts for campaigns and product launchesn
Create high-quality performance marketing creatives for Meta and Googlen
Design website banners,



landing-page visuals and product graphicsn
Work on packaging, inserts, cards and other brand collateraln
Adapt creator/UGC content into polished Monvue creativesn
Develop moodboards, visual references and creative directions for shootsn
Help build and maintain Monvue's visual identity across all touchpointsn
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Head to turn marketing ideas into strong visual conceptsn
Experiment with new design styles, formats, AI tools and creative trendsn
Take ownership of projects from concept to final executionn

nWhat We're Looking For

n
1–3 years of experience in graphic/brand/digital designn
A robust portfolio that demonstrates creativity and visual tasten
Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour and layoutn
Solid command of Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Figman
Ability to create both static and basic motion/video creativesn
