Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience working with Java or Python, Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools.
4 years of experience in process improvement, systems integration, or change management.
Experience with coding, data management, data analytics.

Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in working with business stakeholders for requirement analysis and converting them to technical requirements.
Hands-on experience successfully building software for large-scale database systems using Big Data, Relational and NoSQL data stores.
Solid foundation in design, data structures, and algorithms.
