HR Intern – Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers valuable exposure to various aspects of recruitment. You will work on internal hiring data, assist in sourcing for diverse roles across departments, and gain hands-on experience with popular job portals. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of end-to-end recruitment in a team-oriented, rapid-paced workplace.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates for various roles using job portals and internal databases

Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and internal data systems

Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms

Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups

Assist in employer branding and engagement activities, if required
