HR Project Analyst
Group HR – Chennai, India
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Project Coordinator to join our Group Human Resources team, supporting the delivery of a broad range of Group HR projects and processes — spanning areas such as people operations, HR technology and organisational development topics. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across multiple workstreams.
Main Tasks and responsibilities include:
Build robust working relationships with Human Resources stakeholders, supporting them to deliver project outcomes across the HR portfolio.
Gather and organise data to support project and Group HR reporting — including current-state data collection, tracker maintenance, and input into insights and findings.
Support the coordination of recurring HR process cycles, such as performance management, succession planning, or people surveys, including scheduling, data collection, and follow-up.
Maintain project plans, milestones, and status trackers across multiple projects,
flagging delays or risks to the relevant Project Manager.
Prepare presentations, reports, and status updates to support communication of findings and progress to stakeholders.
Identify prospects to improve processes, tools, and templates, and support their implementation.
Coordinate logistics for working sessions and stakeholder meetings, including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up actions.
Support program governance across HR projects by maintaining reporting cadences, tracking decisions and action items, and preparing materials for steering committees.
Stay curious about industry trends and best practices, sharing relevant insights with the project team.
Support change management activities, including drafting communications and engagement materials and coordinating stakeholder engagement activities.
