Job Description

Business Setting:
This position is part of JC organization, reporting to Managing Director / TBC, responsible for the full Administration & Welfare function of John Crane India. He/ She will be responsible for end-to-end admin, welfare, employee relations and other general activities. He/ She will also be responsible for partnership with local team in communication, branch activities, contract labour management, etc.
He/ she will be responsible for delivering the full range of administrative processes including canteen, transport, security management,



branch activities like statutory compliance, registrations, agreements etc., & statutory compliances of contract labour & branches under various statutes.
Key Accountabilities and Challenges:
General Administration / Facility Management & compliance fulfillment.
Security Management.
Housekeeping and 5S management & Garden maintenance
Cafeteria Management.
Pick up and Drop facility of employees and company guests. (Transport Management).
Hotel bookings, Forex Management and Guest Management.
Internal /external Communications (Telephone / Mobiles).
Admin Purchases & approvals (PR /OP Release).
Stationery (including printed stationery).
Complete Property management.
Attendance Bio-metric system Management, Overtime, SSA , Leave Management (Directs ) & providing on-time inputs to Payroll.
Coordination with Internal and External Audit related to the function
