As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing up-to-date frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in coding, testing, and debugging processes, ensuring that the software components you create are efficient and effective in addressing the challenges faced by the organization. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights on best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Mentor and coach junior members; conduct peer reviews, knowledge sessions, and capability building plans.
Facilitate workshops/brainstorming sessions to improve migration approach, reduce cycle time, and enhance automation.
Drive mock/trial load cycles: readiness checks, cutover inputs, load monitoring, failure analysis, and reprocessing strategy.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Syniti ADMM for SAP.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
Experience with contemporary programming languages and frameworks.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
Familiarity with agile project management tools and practices.
Valuable to Have Skills:
-SQL/data analysis skills; data profiling and reconciliation experience.
-Exposure to SAP migration/ETL ecosystem (e.g., Migration Cockpit, ABAP extract support).
