Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor server performance and availability using system monitoring tools.
Respond to and resolve basic server alerts, incidents, and service requests.
Perform initial diagnostics and escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support.
Assist in maintaining documentation of server configurations, incidents, and changes.
Maintain server assets inventory.
Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules for infrastructure automation.
Automate provisioning, configuration, patching, and deployment tasks across environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation prospects and implement solutions.
Document processes, procedures, and automation standards.
