Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Officer to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and generating new business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and direct outreach.
Meet prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and business development targets.
Conduct market research to identify recent markets and growth opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, design, and operations teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.




Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare regular business development and sales reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Solid networking and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Valuable knowledge of the Chennai market is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Valid driving licence is preferred.
