Job Summary

We are looking for a competent and experienced Audit Manager to join our professional services firm. The candidate will be responsible for independently handling audit assignments, taxation-related work, ROC compliances, business registrations, and internal audit engagements while managing client relationships and supervising junior team members.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of auditing, accounting, taxation, corporate compliance, and business registrations, along with excellent attention to detail and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Statutory Audits and Tax Audits for clients.
Plan, execute, review, and finalize audit assignments.
Perform Internal Audits and evaluate internal controls and business processes.
Review books of accounts, financial statements, supporting documents, and audit working papers.
Handle Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings and corporate compliances.
Manage the incorporation of Private Limited Companies, Public Companies, and LLPs.
Handle Partnership Firm and Trust registrations.
Prepare and review statutory forms, applications, reports, and supporting documents.




Monitor statutory compliance deadlines and ensure timely filing.
Communicate with clients to obtain information, resolve queries, and provide professional guidance.
Identify accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Supervise and review the work of junior accountants and audit staff.
Manage multiple assignments and ensure timely completion of client deliverables.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Auditing & Accounting
Knowledge of Income Tax and GST
Practical knowledge of ROC/MCA compliance
Knowledge of Company and LLP incorporation
Knowledge of Partnership and Trust registration
Internal Audit and Internal Control evaluation
Financial statement analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive communication and client-management skills
Ability to work independently and manage a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / CA / CMA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.

Candidates with relevant practical experience in Audit, Taxation, ROC Compliance, and Business Registrations will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
