We're looking for a proactive Salon Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our premium salon.

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
Lead and motivate the salon team to achieve monthly targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle client concerns professionally.
Monitor appointments, walk-ins, and team schedules.
Track sales, productivity, and daily reports.
Maintain hygiene, grooming, and brand standards.
Support staff training and performance improvement.
Coordinate inventory and stock management.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience as a Salon Manager or Assistant Manager.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Positive communication in English, hindi, Malayalam.
Sales-focused with the ability to achieve business targets.
Experience with salon software (Zenoti or similar)
