Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and provide information about our automotive products and services.
Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Convert enquiries and leads into sales.
Maintain and update customer and lead details.
Build robust relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the workshop team for smooth customer service.
Handle walk-in customers and online leads professionally.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive field is mandatory.
Previous experience in automotive sales or customer handling preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sales and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and responsible.
Ability to work as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits
