About the Role

As a Product Development Manager, you will be part of a whip-smart team responsible for driving and building cutting-edge products to support growth and increase revenue business metrics for a particular destination.

This is a high-impact role, where you will be responsible for the growth and success of the destination/category. The role encompasses managing critical metrics such as orders, GMV, and NPS,



with the support of cross-functional teams, including marketing, revenue, and operations

What will you be doing:

Strategic Initiatives:
Managing the entire product life cycle for your destination from planning to execution.
Building holiday product portfolio roadmap for geographical region / travel themes by understanding the latent demand.
Creating holiday travel products based upon consumer insights/needs, which would include various critical aspects like experience sought, average spending capacity, food and travel preferences etc.
Defining destination product vision and strategy and source market opportunities.
Owning destination revenue roadmap basis price benchmarking and cost optimization through supply advantage.

Collaboration:
Collaborate and manage interaction with cross-functional teams to drive destination agenda with multiple functions like Sales, Contracting, Marketing, Finance etc.
