Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through cutting-edge problem-solving.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level financial software solutions.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Capability to document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for ongoing support.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
