Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy laws and internal compliance standards.
Facilitate employee relations initiatives,



serving as a primary point of contact for resolving grievances, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive organizational culture.
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring timely processing of payroll-related inquiries and maintaining market-competitive salary structures.
Coordinate training and development activities to support continuous qualified growth and skill enhancement among staff members.
Monitor and enforce adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational policies.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in human resources management, preferably within the Health Care industry.
Strong understanding of labor legislation, employment standards, and healthcare compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
