Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Franchise Expansion to lead and drive the organization's franchise expansion strategy across India.

The role will be responsible for identifying current markets, developing franchise opportunities, onboarding and managing franchise partners, negotiating commercial agreements, and building a sustainable nationwide franchise network.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Franchise Development, Business Development, Sales, Negotiation, Relationship Management and Strategic Expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Expansion Strategy
Develop and execute the annual franchise expansion plan.
Identify high-potential cities and markets for expansion.
Conduct market feasibility studies and prepare business cases.
Recommend priority locations based on market and competitive analysis.
Drive long-term growth of the franchise network.

Franchise Development
Identify,



evaluate and onboard prospective franchise partners.
Build and manage a solid franchise lead pipeline.
Conduct presentations and business meetings with potential investors.
Assess financial and operational suitability of franchise prospects.
Manage the complete franchise acquisition lifecycle from lead generation to agreement signing.

Business Development
Develop strategic alliances with investors, educational groups and business houses.
Generate recent opportunities through networking events, exhibitions and industry forums.
Drive expansion across Tier I, Tier II and Tier III cities.
Explore international franchise opportunities wherever applicable.

Franchise Sales & Revenue
Achieve annual franchise sales and revenue targets.
Drive franchise fee revenue and expansion milestones.
Improve conversion ratios from enquiries to signed franchise agreements.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline
