Do you want to dive deeper into the world of complex networks? In the Network and Security Operations Department, you will support the smooth operation of all network services for our customers and Temenos AG. As part of the Network and Security Operations team,

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will troubleshoot network and security issues and plan, implement, and document changes in accordance with established processes, SLAs, and ITIL standards.
You will proactively optimize network environments by migrating, updating, monitoring, and adjusting systems as part of a major network refresh and transformation program.
You will operate, configure, and maintain network and security solutions using technologies such as Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, and Arista.
You will contribute to the introduction and expansion of automation using Ansible and GitLab, leveraging platform APIs to improve efficiency.
