We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern – Talent Acquisition (TA) to join our HR team. This chance is ideal for freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience who want to build their career in recruitment and human resources.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in preparing and posting job openings.
Coordinate with hiring managers and the HR team for recruitment requirements.
Support other HR and recruitment-related activities as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
