Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our sales team in Mumbai. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, appointment setting, customer follow-ups, and supporting the field sales team.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in outbound telecalling or telesales and be comfortable working in a target-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective business customers
Speak with business owners and decision-makers
Introduce and explain the company's products/services
Generate and qualify sales leads




Schedule product demonstrations
Book appointments for Field Sales Executives
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers
Handle basic customer objections and queries
Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets
Coordinate with the sales team to support customer conversions

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of Telecalling / Telesales experience
Proven outbound calling and lead-generation experience
Experience working with sales or calling targets
Good verbal communication and convincing skills
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Basic CRM knowledge
Hindi – Mandatory
English – Basic to Good
Marathi – Preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
