Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Mivan shuttering technology to oversee residential/commercial real estate projects. The role involves full project lifecycle management — from planning and approvals to execution and handover — ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality-driven project delivery using Mivan construction methodology.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage real estate projects using Mivan shuttering technology.
Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and Mivan vendors.
Supervise in office execution to ensure structural accuracy, safety, and quality.
Lead the installation and demoulding process of Mivan formwork with efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to RERA, environmental, and safety regulations.
Review and approve BOQs,



contractor bills, and material procurement plans.
Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely milestone achievements.
Prepare and present project progress reports to senior leadership.
Maintain project documentation, permits, and approvals in compliance with statutory requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
7–10 years of experience in real estate project management, with at least 3 years in Mivan construction.
In-depth understanding of Mivan shuttering system and rapid-track construction.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and site coordination skills.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management software.
