Key Responsibilities

• Support field recruitment for store-level positions across assigned locations.

• Conduct site visits to stores to address employee grievances and HR-related issues.

• Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and adherence to HR policies at store level.

• Coordinate onboarding and induction for recent store employees.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws) across locations.

• Liaise between store management and central HR for policy implementation.

• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and disciplinary processes as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate; MBA/PG Diploma in HR preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in field/multi-location retail operations.

• Willingness to travel frequently between store locations.

• Solid interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI).
