Key Responsibilities
• Operate the POS/billing system accurately for customer transactions.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments, and maintain accurate cash reconciliation.
• Issue bills/receipts and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain the cash counter area in a neat and organized manner.
• Coordinate with store staff on returns, exchanges, and refunds as per policy.
• Prepare end-of-day cash and sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with cash-handling and security procedures.
Requirements
• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Prior cashier/billing experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Valuable numerical accuracy, honesty, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer/POS system knowledge.
