Job Description:
5+ years’ project management experience; technical degree preferred; developer background preferred.
Prior experience in managing Software development, Application development mandatory.
Solid SDLC/DevOps/TDLC; drive Agile at scale; lead quarterly/PI planning.
Hands-on Jira, Confluence, JQL; Excel for metrics and insights.
Proven PM/SM experience; Agile/PM certifications (e.g., CSM/PSM, Secure, PMI-ACP, PMP).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; BFSI exposure a plus.
