Experience : 1–3 years of experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, central kitchen, or similar food production workplace preferred

Key Responsibilities :
Prepare food items according to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
Handle assigned kitchen sections and ensure timely preparation of food items.
Assist CDP, Sous Chef, and senior kitchen staff in daily food production.
Perform mise en place, including cutting, chopping, marinating, portioning, and preparation of ingredients.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, quantity, and presentation of food.
Follow proper cooking methods and maintain required food temperatures.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
Maintain proper storage and labeling of food items and ingredients.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to minimize food wastage.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, utensils, and kitchen areas.




Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth food production and timely order dispatch.
Maintain proper stock levels of ingredients required for the assigned section and inform seniors about shortages.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunction or damage to the supervisor.
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies when required.
Follow daily production plans and instructions provided by senior chefs.
Support opening and closing kitchen activities.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and qualified behavior within the kitchen.
Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
