Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.

Identify and develop new business prospects to expand the company's client base.

Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions for exhibition stall design and event management services.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify current opportunities.

Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

Travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.





3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Prior experience in the Events, Exhibitions, Advertising, or Interior Design industry is preferred.

Excellent communication, presentable, and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is must
