We are looking for a Senior Architect with strong experience in residential design, layouts, planning, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead residential projects from design to site execution
Prepare layouts, working drawings, and design presentations
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
Conduct site visits and ensure quality execution
Guide and mentor junior architects
Present design concepts to clients

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture




7–9 years of residential architecture experience
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Excellent planning and layout skills
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage projects independently
