About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, data-driven Performance Marketer with hands-on experience managing digital campaigns for B2C brands. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing end-to-end paid media campaigns, driving customer acquisition, optimizing performance, and managing agency partners to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Own campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to improve acquisition metrics, CPA, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights.
Ensure accurate implementation of tracking, attribution, GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion measurement.
Manage and collaborate with external agencies, ensuring timely campaign execution, optimization, and achievement of performance KPIs.
Work closely with creative, content, CRM, product,



and business teams to improve campaign performance and customer journeys.
Drive continuous testing and optimization of creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify current growth opportunities.

Requirements
5–6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Proven experience managing digital campaigns for B2C brands.
Solid expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Robust understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and digital marketing funnels.
Proven experience managing media agencies and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and takes complete ownership of deliverables.

Preferred
Experience working with healthcare brands will be an added advantage.
Exposure to CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Experience working in high-growth B2C organizations.
