About the role:
We are hiring a fresher to work directly with the founder, analyzing data, tracking numbers, and driving optimization across the business.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the founder on key priorities and decisions
Analyze operational and financial data (costs, sales, wastage, consumption)
Build and maintain Excel-based trackers and reports
Identify and drive cost/process/menu optimization opportunities
Own small projects end-to-end

Requirements:
Fresh graduate, any discipline
Robust with numbers and Excel/spreadsheets
Analytical, curious, self-driven
Positive communication skills
Based in or willing to relocate to Kochi
