Role Overview
Deliver engaging training sessions to enhance communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and workplace readiness among youth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct sessions on communication, teamwork, time management, and interview preparation.
Use digital tools (MS Office, Canva, Trello, Google Meet, etc.) for interactive learning.
Track student progress, prepare reports, and ensure active participation.
Support institutional programs and community sessions as required.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in training/facilitation.
Robust communication, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English & Hindi
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
