About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Junior Video Editor who is comfortable handling both camera operations and video editing. The role will primarily focus on shooting and managing video production (around 80%), with the remaining time dedicated to editing and post-production.

Key Responsibilities

Camera & Video Production – 80%
Handle camera setup and operate cameras during shoots.
Plan and manage basic video shoots, framing, lighting, and audio.
Record high-quality videos for social media, marketing, interviews, events, and internal communications.
Coordinate with team members during shoots and ensure all required shots are captured.
Manage basic camera equipment, lighting, microphones, and other production accessories.
Ensure proper composition, exposure, focus, and audio quality.
Assist with setting up and packing equipment before and after shoots.

Video Editing – 20%
Edit videos for social media, promotional content, interviews, and internal communications.
Add basic transitions, text, captions, music, graphics, and effects.
Perform basic color correction, audio adjustment, and video optimization.




Export videos in formats suitable for different social media platforms.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in video production or video editing.
Good knowledge of camera handling and basic shooting techniques.
Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams.
A portfolio or sample work will be an added advantage.
