Looking for a Qualified Architect with 6 to 10 yrs. of experience in Commercial and mixed use projects. He / She should have ability to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction documentation. This role involves coordination with Consultants, clients, site and PMC. He/ She will be involved in recent building designs, extensions and alterations from the earliest stages right through to completion.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Development and management

· Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals

· Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact in line with Archit4etural trend and advancement.





· Select the materials as per the client requirement/liking and the project theme and prepare the material board for presentation

Work With team of 4 to 5 Architects/ Technician for achieving the deliverables on time

6 yrs. plus Bachelor degree in Architecture( B. Arch OR Equivalent )

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
