Design responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect UIs for web and mobile platforms using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Collaborate with产品经理 and engineers to translate user stories into high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
Own end-to-end design flows — from user research and journey mapping to usability testing and iterative refinement.
Define and maintain UI component libraries, ensuring design consistency, scalability,



and developer handoff efficiency.
Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered decisions backed by data and user feedback.
Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and accessibility standards — continuously elevating the quality of our digital outputs.
