Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end bulk hiring operations—sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates for high-volume roles (up to 500+ hires/month).
Deploy and optimize multi-channel sourcing strategies including job portals, campus drives, vendor partnerships, and social media campaigns.
Conduct high-throughput interviews and assessments with standardized evaluation frameworks compliant with client hiring policies.
Coordinate with internal ops and client HR teams to ensure seamless candidate flow, documentation, and background verification compliance.




Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) to drive continuous process improvement.
Manage vendor and campus partner relationships to maintain pipeline health and candidate quality benchmarks.
