Location: Tollygunge, Kudghat, Kolkata

Experience: 2.5–3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month

What We’re Looking For
Robust experience in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing
Existing client relationships / active client accounts
Robust LinkedIn network & connections
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Good understanding of IT technologies & technical JDs
Solid candidate sourcing, screening & coordination skills

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment
Source & screen quality IT candidates
Manage client requirements & submissions
Maintain existing client relationships
Bring/manage client accounts & generate new requirements




Coordinate interviews, offers & joining
Achieve successful recruitment closures
Use LinkedIn, Job Portals & Boolean Search for sourcing
Preferred IT Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing experience
Permanent, Contract & Contract-to-Hire recruitment experience
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
