Job Summary

We are looking for a Helper / Packing worker to support daily production, packing, and dispatch activities. The role requires physical fitness, discipline, and the ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in packing finished products as per company requirements.
Check product quantity, labels, and packing material before dispatch.
Load, unload, and arrange materials safely.
Support production and dispatch teams in daily work.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the packing area.
Handle materials carefully to prevent damage.
Follow supervisor instructions and workplace safety rules.
Report damaged, missing,



or incorrect materials to the supervisor.
Perform other assigned duties related to production and packing.

Requirements
Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in packing, production, or factory work.
Ability to perform physical work and handle materials.
Basic understanding of workplace safety.
Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team.
