Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Accounting (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible Accounts Executive cum Supply Chain & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, inventory, consignment stock, and coordination for orthopaedic implants supplied to hospitals. The candidate should be willing to travel locally whenever required and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts
Prepare purchase and sales invoices.
Maintain accounting records and daily vouchers.
Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash.
Coordinate with CA for GST and accounting documentation.
Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
Supply Chain & Inventory
Maintain inventory of orthopaedic implants and surgical instruments.
Manage consignment stock placed at hospitals.
Track inward and outward movement of implants.
Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and vendors for timely deliveries.
Ensure proper documentation of stock usage and replenishment.
Administration
Coordinate logistics for implant deliveries.
Maintain office records and filing.
Prepare MIS reports in Excel.
Handle courier and dispatch activities.
Support day-to-day office administration.
Desired Skills
Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Honest, organized, and willing to learn.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / Graduate in Commerce preferred.
Minimum 6 months of accounting experience.
