Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Company Secretary to support the Company Secretary and management in corporate secretarial, statutory compliance, governance, and documentation activities.

Freshers and candidates pursuing/qualified in Company Secretary (CS) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Company Secretary in day-to-day secretarial and compliance activities.
Assist in preparing Board Meeting and General Meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate documents.
Assist with MCA/ROC filings, annual returns, and other statutory forms.
Support compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable rules and regulations.
Assist in coordinating Board, Committee, and General Meetings.
Maintain proper records of Board resolutions, minutes, agreements, and other corporate documents.
Coordinate with auditors, legal professionals, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.




Assist in monitoring compliance deadlines and maintaining compliance trackers.
Provide support for corporate governance and other secretarial assignments.
Perform other duties assigned by the Company Secretary or management.

Qualification
CS Executive / CS Professional – pursuing or qualified.
Graduation in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, MCA/ROC compliance, and corporate governance is an advantage.

Required Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Robust documentation and drafting skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
