Role & Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents for competitive exams such as CAT, CUET, CLAT, and IPMAT
Convert leads into enrollments through effective academic counseling
Customize sales pitches to build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents.
Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with institutional stakeholders
Maintain accurate records and timely follow-ups using CRM
Achieve individual and team targets as assigned by the management
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate (BCA / B.Tech/ B.com/BA)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Exposure to IT/SaaS-based education products is preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
