Job Summary

we are looking for a responsible and safety-focused HSE – Health & Safety Engineer to support workplace safety, fire prevention, and compliance activities at its Mughalsarai / Varanasi location. The ideal candidate should have a B.Tech degree along with a Fire Safety Diploma and a robust understanding of industrial safety practices.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Monitor fire prevention and fire safety arrangements at the workplace.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs for employees and workers.
Assist in preparing and maintaining HSE reports, inspection records, and safety documentation.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe working practices.
Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire drills, and evacuation procedures.
Support risk assessments, safety audits, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors,



and management to maintain a protected working environment.

Required Qualifications
B.Tech +fire safety .
Diploma / Certification in Fire Safety is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of workplace safety, fire prevention, and HSE procedures.
Good communication, observation, and reporting skills.
Ability to work responsibly with employees, contractors, and site teams.

Duty Hours

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
