The Manager - Training will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across the organization. This role involves assessing training needs, designing tailored training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.



The manager will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals and performance improvement objectives. Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions, managing training budgets, collaborating with external training vendors, and maintaining training records.
